Elangovet Sales Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Note**: This role is a single-person responsibility, with no additional team members involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Sales Calls**:

- Make **50 sales calls daily** to prospective and existing clients, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and target achievement.
- Ensure daily call logs are recorded accurately, including client follow-up details.
- **Payment Collection & Coordination**:

- Ensure all payments are collected by the **30th or 31st (last working day of the month)**.
- **Sample Pickup Coordination**:

- **In addition to sales calls**, handle calls and coordination for sample pickups, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the laboratory team.
- Provide the laboratory team with a daily update on the total number of samples booked for the next day by the end of the current day.
- **Customer Support**:

- Answer customer calls regarding sample pickups, billing queries, or other support needs promptly.
- **Billing Management**:

- Ensure monthly bill statements are shared with customers on the **last working day of the month without fail**.
- Leaves are **not permitted on the last working day of the month** under any circumstances.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, for marketing and lead generation.
- Engage with potential and existing customers via LinkedIn Messenger and other social media channels.
- **Database Creation & Maintenance**:

- Research and compile a comprehensive database of veterinary hospitals, clinics, and practitioners.
- Maintain updated records, including contact details, in Excel sheets.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage payments for courier and logistics vendors.
- Ensure timely coordination of sample transportation.

**Compensation Structure and Terms**:

- **During Probation Period (First 6 months)**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Target-based incentives for monthly billing and payment collection.
- **Post-Probation (After 6 months, based on performance)**:

- Salary: Revised based on performance and average monthly billing during probation.
- Finalized incentive structure for billing and payment collection targets.

**Probation Terms**:

- Performance will be assessed during this period.
- Employment can be terminated with **immediate effect** at any time during the probation period if performance or conduct is unsatisfactory.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to independently handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining customer databases.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement.
- Availability on Sundays and holidays for customer-related calls, if needed.
- Willingness to meet the **mandatory sales call target of 50 calls per day**, in addition to other call responsibilities.
