About Us

ZenBiller is a growing SaaS company providing smart billing and business management solutions for supermarkets, jewellery stores, restaurants, and other businesses. We help small and medium enterprises simplify billing, manage operations, and scale profitably.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate who is passionate about sales, customer success, and growth.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and field visits.

Convert inquiries into successful customers by demonstrating ZenBiller software.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.

Follow up with leads and update progress in CRM / spreadsheets.

Coordinate with internal team to provide onboarding and support for customers.

Achieve monthly targets for sales and revenue.

Represent ZenBiller in a professional and positive manner.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any stream) or relevant experience in sales/business development.

0–3 years of experience in sales, software, SaaS, or related fields. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil + English preferred).

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.

Basic knowledge of billing software or retail business processes is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
