Position - Area Sales Executive
Location: Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Indore
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Regional Manager
Job Overview: The Business Development Executive will focus on actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with prospects in presales discussions, and driving the successful closure of deals. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calls, networking, and events to build a strong sales pipeline.
**Lead Qualification**:
Assess business leads by understanding their needs and decision-making processes to convert them into viable opportunities.
**Presales Engagement**:
Conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the presales phase.
**Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**:
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that address client pain points.
**Deal Negotiation & Closure**:
Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely follow-ups to secure agreements.
**Market Intelligence**:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
**CRM & Reporting**:
Track sales activities and provide regular forecasts and updates via CRM tools.
**Post-Sales Handoff & Relationship Management**:
Ensure smooth client transitions and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
2-5 years B2B sales experience, with proven success in lead generation, presales, and deal closure.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Expertise in CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and work independently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
