**Position Title**: Real Estate Field Executive
**Location**: Chandigarh

**Field work location**: Chandigarh,Punjab, Mohali, and Zirakpur.

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet prospective clients and provide them with property details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversion.
- **Market Research & Property Listings**:

- Gather market intelligence about property prices, trends, and competitors.
- Update and maintain an accurate database of property listings.
- Ensure all property details are up-to-date, including photographs and descriptions.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with property owners, developers, and brokers to finalize deals.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify new opportunities to generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Attend real estate expos, fairs, and other events to promote properties and services.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Assist clients with property documentation, including agreements and legal paperwork.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on site visits, client feedback, and deal progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Bachelor's degree/High School Diploma in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1year minimum of experience in real estate sales, fieldwork, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Other**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during extended hours as per client requirements.
