**Key Responsibilities**
Customer Success:
- Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption of chatbot solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure high retention rates.
- Maintain client records, reports, and ongoing project updates.
- Document client requirements and share with technical teams for customization.
**Implementation & Technical Support**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design conversational flows, automations, and user interactions for AI chatbots.
- Troubleshoot and debug chatbot functionalities and technical issues.
- Assist in integration and deployment of chatbot solutions across various platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, etc.).
- Research and enhance chatbot performance using NLP techniques and automation best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in conversational AI and WhatsApp Business API ecosystems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Support roles.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and chatbot platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML) is a plus.
- Prior experience with chatbot deployment or SaaS implementations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
