**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s products/services.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services by demonstrating value.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture potential sales.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve script effectiveness.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and call center equipment/software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,326.19 - ₹20,386.55 per month
