We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Relationship Officer to join our hospital's team. As a Patient Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional patient experiences, resolve concerns, and promote loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. *Patient Engagement*: Build rapport with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.

2. *Communication*: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.

3. *Concern Resolution*: Resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

4. *Patient Advocacy*: Advocate for patients' rights, needs, and preferences.

5. *Service Recovery*: Implement service recovery strategies to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

6. *Patient Feedback*: Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.

7. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and other staff members, to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

8. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, concerns, and resolutions.

9. *Patient Education*: Educate patients and families on hospital policies, procedures, and services.

10. *Quality Improvement*: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.

**Requirements**:
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. *Experience*: 2-3 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a related field.

3. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. *Compassion and Empathy*: Ability to provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families.

5. *Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

1.*Healthcare Experience*: Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations. 2. *Language Skills*: Fluency in multiple languages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Language: English (preferred)
