
Telesales Executive

**Job purpose**
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and converting leads into sales.
**Roles and responsibilities**
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
2. Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about the products or services.
3. Identify and resolve objections or concerns raised by customers to facilitate sales.
4. Strategize by utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and sales activities in the CRM.
6. Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely and successful conversion.
7. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends and sales techniques.
