**Job Title: Pod Lead**Job Overview: The Pod Lead - GIS Content Moderation is responsible for leading and managing a specific "pod" or team of GIS Content Moderation Associates. This role ensures the timely and quality delivery of content moderation tasks within the pod, while also fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. The Pod Lead acts as a point of escalation, provides guidance, and monitors performance to achieve project goals and SLAs.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership and Management:○ Lead and supervise a team of GIS Content Moderation Associates within the assigned pod.○ Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure workloads are balanced.○ Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and share updates.○ Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.○ Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.2. Content Moderation Oversight:○ Ensure timely and accurate completion of GIS content moderation tasks within the pod.○ Monitor the quality of moderated content and provide feedback to team members.○ Act as a point of escalation for complex or challenging moderation cases.○ Ensure compliance with project guidelines, policies, and procedures.3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:○ Track individual and team performance against established KPIs and SLAs.○ Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Assistant Manager or Project Lead.○ Identify performance trends and implement corrective actions when necessary.○ Provide feedback on team performance and contribute to performance reviews.4. Process Improvement:○ Identify opportunities for process improvement within the pod.○ Suggest and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.○ Document best practices and share knowledge with the team.○ Participate in process improvement initiatives led by the management team.5. Communication and Collaboration:○ Maintain clear and effective communication within the pod and with other teams.○ Collaborate with other Pod Leads and support teams to ensure smooth workflow.○ Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements to the team.○ Address team members' concerns and provide timely responses.6. Training and Development:○ Provide initial and ongoing training to team members on content moderation tools and processes.○ Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities for team members.○ Ensure team members are up-to-date with project guidelines and changes.Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content moderation or a related field.Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.Strong understanding of GIS data and content moderation processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using content moderation tools and software.Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.Preferred Skills:

- Experience with geospatial data collection or mapping technologies.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.Ability to work effectively in a remote or offshore environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:
