**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Build strong rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School (Graduation preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
