**Requirements**:
Workplace Options (WPO) requires Middleware Architect to help in connecting disparate systems using a middleware cloud platform. The consultant will work as part of the development team, and continuously interact with business group members of diverse culture.
- Demonstrate courteousness and respect to people across diverse cultures, age groups and varied business groups.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with business teams.
- Communicate the design principles and process.
- Transparently convey the status, challenges, architecture methods of integration projects.

**Role Expectations**:

- Take complete understanding of WPO’s business systems and their integration requirements.
- Architect and design software integrations using various integration techniques and tools.
- Evaluate and introduce software integration platforms and tools to WPO’s technology systems.
- Engineer and Manage data transfers, protocols and formats as required for the integration requirements.
- Work with business leadership and other stakeholders to manage expectations, reach consensus on business systems integration architectures.
- Decide and roll-out no-code/low-code/custom-developed integrations wherever applicable.
- Anchor and architect all B2B, Data Integrations and Enterprise Integrations required in WPO.
- Anchor or participate in WPO’s architecture and business leadership forums.

**Role Requirements**:
- Exposure to Cloud integration service platforms/products is desired (Celigo, ServiceNow)
- Exposure to Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is desired.
- Experience with Single Sign-on Technologies are required (Okta, AzureAD, AuthO)
