- Identify process improvements to improve customer behaviour, cash processes, and auto cash match. Share knowledge gained with Team Lead and Team._
- Responsibilities_
- Knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle_
- _Conducting research and reviewing proposals and quotes._
- _Ensuring that all quotations are accurate, complete, and in line with the client's needs._
- _Preparing, submitting, and tracking price quotes for products or services_
- _Manage the quoting keying process, within the target SLAs as defined by the management_
- _Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports_
- _Ongoing maintenance of customer accounts continuously identifying and correcting items that require re-keying or maintenance_
- _Maintain 100% accuracy while processing and generating reports._
- _Must be willing to work in shifts as required._
- _Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism._
- _Ability to analyze and problem solve_
- _Accurate interpretation of vague remittance documentation_
- _Ability to deal with system issues and missing bank files_
- _Time management ensuring all time targets met_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- Graduate: B. Com_
- Relevant experience in Contract Management_
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) - CEFR Level B2 or C1_

- Good customer handling skills_
- Experience in Automotive industry_
- Good interpersonal skills that can lead multiple responsibilities simultaneously_
- Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail_
- Good team commitment and results delivery orientation_
- Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes_
- Good understanding of Oracle,SAP & Excel_
- Able to navigate through PowerBi reports_
