**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Maintenance in Charge is responsible for maintaining safety, reliability and efficiency of the primary plant through strict implementation of maintenance plan in adherence with Air Liquide guidelines.

Their role mainly consists of minimizing downtime of the plant by defining effective PM plan as per group guidelines and maintaining strict adherence to the same. They are also responsible for maintaining reliability and availability of the plant as per AL group standard within the allocated maintenance budget.

Additionally they propose initiatives that will contribute to improvement in reliability of the facility and implementing them once they are validated by the Facility Manager and CRT Manager is part of their role as well. They are also in charge of developing the competencies within the local maintenance team
- Prepare an annual maintenance plan (PM plan and turnaround) for the facility based on historical performance, vendor manuals, AL group guide lines, get it reviewed by Facility Manager and share the plan with CRT Manager for approval.
- Guide and monitor local maintenance teams to implement the plan to ensure no slippage. In case of non compliance, get the same recommended by Facility Manager and approved by CRT Manager.
- Prepare a monthly report on maintenance activities and share with supervisor and Central Reliability team. Guide team to conduct RCA and take corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Coordinate with vendor for resolution if required.
- Play an instrumental role in development of Maintenance Engineers with the support of CRT Domain Experts and resolve issues in the team.
- Prepare an annual maintenance budget for the facility and keep the expenditure under control.
- Prepare TAR plan, list of spare parts for procurement (based on SPM selection matrix, OEM recommendation and VS study), ensure timely availability of spares to perform PM and TAR maintenance.
- Raise and track GWSR, follow up with procurement for timely delivery of material to avoid maintenance slippage.
- Get a quarterly maintenance audit conducted by CRT and close audit findings in definite time.
- Maintain audit finding reports and share improvement plans with Facility Manager and CRT Manager.
- Actively participate in implementation of special projects launched by CRT on time to time basis.

**Experience**
- 7-8 yrs experience in maintenance role. 2-3 yrs in supervisory or management
