Responsible for plant Controlling functions. Support Plant team to manage and improve Plant financials, analysis and trends for draw attention current status in achieving the objectives through improved Productivity of all resources Ensure good health of books of accounts at transaction level within the overall guidelines of the GMO Finance while adhering to the Organisation's Policies, Procedures and Statute. Business Understanding : Understanding of Manufacturing sector, preferably Pharma Industry. Knowledge required on below areas > Accounting principles. > Mfg. Plant Operations. > Budgeting process. > SAP FICO & MS Office. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY **1** **Controlling & Period Closure** - a) Collection of inputs for Opex provisions from various departments - b) Analyse relevance and completeness of provisions, ensuring parking of entries - c) Review with Cluster Finance Head for Posting & Reversal of entries. - d) Ensuring accounting accuracy of transactions. - e) Preparation and sign off of FSCP Documentation - f) Review and report exceptions in Plant Opex GLs - g) Tracking and closure of overdue RGPs & GRNs - h) Complete review, reconciliation and accouting of Advance duty ledger. - i) Support for material code creation, extension and Std. Cost release. - **_in order to_** ensure compliance with Accounting policies & Guidelines.**2** **Operating Exp review, MIS, Control.** - a) Preparation and circulation of Utilities MIS. - b) Financial data updation in the LDMs - c) Developer Expenses allocation review and discuss with Plant ESD Heads - **in order to **support Plant Finance Head and SLT to improve the Plant Financials.**3** **Opes Next - Metrics data preparation & Validation** - a) OE Savings Tracking and MIS - b) TVC Savings Tracking and reporting - c) Lab Expenses Tracking & Review and reporting - d) Non-Core Inventory Provisions review and reporting**4** **Audits & Compliance** - a) Stock Audit : Assisting for / providing information as required by auditors. - b) SOX & Internal Audit : Support PFH during Internal / Operations audits, Management testings and walkthroughs for SOX at the Plant. - c) Support SEZ Annual Performance Report & NSSO Data preparation - **_in order to_** make the Plants statutory compliant.**5** **Oversight on Financial Transactions - Invoice Verification** - a) Review and oversight of the work done by Pre auidt & Technical verfiication team. - b) Scrap disposals - Verification of invoices with approved price list and track through MIS. - c) SPOC for vendor claims through work verification. - d) Review adequacy of documentation and DOA. - e) Verify relevant defined purchase process adherence. - f) Review and facilitate MIS and trend analysis. - **_in order to_** ensure no revenue leakages.
