**Ikon Remedies Private Limited** is seeking a dynamic and proactive **E-commerce Executive** to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations, ensuring platform compliance, and driving growth across multiple digital storefronts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage listings, pricing, and content across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Blinkit, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product information, images, and SEO-optimized content
- Resolve listing issues, suppression errors, and platform violations in a timely manner
- Monitor stock syncing between order management system and platforms; coordinate inward/outward flow with warehouse
- Stay up to date with compliance, Legal Metrology, and category-specific policy changes
- Coordinate with creative, inventory, and customer support teams for smooth operations
- Track daily performance metrics, identify gaps, and present weekly reports with insights
- 3+ years of experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce policy compliance, listing protocols, and platform tools
- Proficiency in using OMS tools
- Problem-solver with a hands-on approach and strong analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, team player and capable of working cross-functionally

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
