About the role
- The SIAM (Service Integration & Management) Observability & AIOps Product Owner role reports to the Head of Cross Functional Tools team in our ESMO function of Haleon’s CTO Organization._
- Our SIAM organization consists of experts in various ITIL disciplines including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Changes, Asset & Configuration, Service Request Management, Capacity Management, Performance Management._
- This critical role leads on the roadmap definition, delivery, and effectiveness of our Observability & AIOps tooling. The role is based in our Haleon offices in Bengaluru with flexible working._

Key responsibilities
- _ Define and document new Observability and AIOps Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Service/Application onboarding, SLAs, KPIs and Management Monitoring._
- _ Work with our Managed Service Provider to optimise the tooling support for the above within the AIOps platform and all integrated monitoring tools._
- _ Oversee the transition from the current monitoring and event management capabilities to the future state AIOps platform and monitoring tools._
- _ Optimise the integration between the AIOps platform and the IT Service Management platform for auto-ticket creation, automated issue remediation CMDB data synchronization._
- _ Accountable for the production and maintenance of the High
- & Low-Level Designs for the Observability & AIOps platform and all integrations._
- _ Ensure the requisite Smart Controls are established and maintained for these platforms._
- _ Review all existing help, support, and guidance information for the current system, ensure the equivalent is created for the new platform._
- _ Define the services offered on this platform and specify requirements for any catalog items required in the Service Catalog for people to be able to request any of the services._
- _ Provide management and technical reporting as required._

Qualifications and skills

Essential
- _Experience in delivery and/or running of Observability and AIOps platforms._
- _In-depth experience of a broad range of industry leading tools, e.g., OpsRamp, Splunk, ServiceNow, ServiceNow ACC, Azure Cloud Monitoring etc._
- _Strong industry knowledge of ITIL standards and driving execution of ITIL processes aligned with a SIAM framework._

Preferred
- _Proven track record in delivery of complex transitions between Service Management tools._
- _Proven track record as working as part of, or as a customer of a Managed Service Partner for all DevOps functions._
- _Experience of a lead IT role in a highly regulated industry_
