**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Management & Public Relations**

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, awareness drives, and community outreach initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers for PR coverage.

Represent the organization at events, conferences, and public forums.

Ensure effective promotion and branding of Foundation initiatives through media and digital channels.

**Liaison & Coordination**

Serve as the primary liaison between the Delhi office and the Head Office for project updates, resource coordination, and reporting.

Establish and nurture relationships with government agencies, officials, local authorities, and partner NGOs.

Assist in obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, and support for Foundation activities.

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Reporting & Documentation**

Prepare event reports, media briefs, partnership updates, and stakeholder communication documents.

Maintain a database of contacts and engagement activities with external organizations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Any Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus.

5-8 years of experience in event coordination, public relations, or stakeholder liaison, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work with government officials, NGOs, and media representatives.

**Must be currently based in Delhi and open to local travel.**
