**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable **Office Assistant** to join our growing team at Classic Umbrella. This person will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating sales and dispatch activities, and ensuring smooth business functioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**
- Handle general administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and maintaining office supplies
- Support scheduling and internal coordination
**Sales Coordination**
- Assist in processing customer orders and inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales team and maintain order records
- Follow up on leads and basic customer support
**Dispatch & Logistics**
- Prepare dispatch sheets and coordinate with delivery partners
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders and track shipments
- Maintain stock and inventory records
**Regular Duties**
- Update daily reports and assist in basic accounts entries
- Follow up on payments, courier issues, and vendor communication
- Support the founder in miscellaneous business tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Experience in retail or logistics is a plus
**Salary**: Based on experience and skills
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
