Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and edit videos that align with clients’ brand messaging and marketing strategies.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers that enhance the overall production value.
- Develop motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to boost engagement on social platforms.
- Adapt video content for various formats (stories, reels, IGTV, etc.) and ensure platform-specific optimization.
- Assist in video shoots, including setting up equipment and providing creative input on scene composition and visual storytelling.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and social media best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, social media algorithms, and editing tools to keep content fresh and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, particularly in producing content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, video formats, and platform-specific guidelines (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Experience in color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
- A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and the emotional impact of visual content.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an advertising or social media agency is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic cinematography and photography techniques is an advantage.
- Degree in Media, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
