We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our **Business Development - Store Sales Team**. The roles involve driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
**For Store Sales Executive / Senior Executive**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive in-store sales by explaining product features and benefits.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the store is well organized.
- Handle billing, maintain sales records, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

**For Assistant Store Manager**:

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the store sales team to enhance their performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and devise strategies to meet sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee product displays.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring excellent service delivery.

**For Store Manager**:

- Lead the store team, set objectives, and ensure performance aligns with company goals.
- Strategize and execute business development plans to boost store sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor trends.
- Ensure smooth store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.

**General Qualifications (Applicable to All Roles)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- ** Store Sales Executive**: 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome).
- ** Senior Store Sales Executive**: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- ** Assistant Store Manager**: 4-6 years of retail sales experience with some team management exposure.
- ** Store Manager**: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

**Additional Skills**:

- Leadership and team management (for managerial roles).
- Analytical and decision-making abilities (for managerial roles).
- Fluency in local languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
