**Position description**: Execution of IT infrastructure.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and Monitor existing/new infrastructure of Windows servers as per IT SLA.
- Develop process automation through using PowerShell scripts.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, software.
- Investigate, debug and solve relevant Operating System or other Systems Software problems own and co-ordinate all operational changes and ensure successful implementation with impact.
- Maintain configuration documents of all servers as per ITIL framework.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
- Good understanding of processes - ITIL Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.

**Educational qualifications preferred**
- **Category**: Bachelor's Degree
- **Field specialization**: Computer Science, Information Technology

**Required Certification/s**:

- Bachelors degree in IT/ Computer science.
- Additional Certificate preferred.

**Required Training/s**:

- ~2-4 years of work experience in similar role.
- In depth knowledge of domain controller, OU, Active directory, WSUS/SCCM, DHCP, user management, GPO, OU etc.
- Hands on experience with servers in data center environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
