Hyderabad, India WS Audiology APAC Full time

**What you will do**:

- Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of mobile solutions, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define technical requirements and drive the architectural design process.
- Establish and promote DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to enable faster and reliable software releases.
- Understand the app store submission process for both iOS and Android platforms. Ensure that mobile solutions adhere to the guidelines and requirements set by app stores, including UI/UX design, privacy policies, and content restrictions.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the team's growth and skill development. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote best practices to maintain high-quality standards in mobile development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development, Azure services, DevOps, and related areas.
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and guidelines for developers. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Swift and Kotlin.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with observability techniques, such as logging, monitoring, and tracing.
- Experience using CocoaPods as a dependency manager and GIT for version control.
- Familiarity with Gradle build system for Android, including dependency management and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
