**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**Recruitment Management**:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

**Culture Setup and Management**:

- Design and implement initiatives to build and maintain a positive company culture.
- Organize and lead cultural programs and activities that promote employee engagement and retention. Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of the company culture and recommend improvements.

**Survey Reports**:

- Develop and administer employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
- Analyze survey data to i identify trends. areas for improvement, and actionable insight.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on survey findings to senior management.
- Implement action plans based on survey results to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

**Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices. Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skilis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Minimum 4 years of experience required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
