**Job Title: Aptitude Trainer - Learning Labb**

**Location: Onsite, Bangalore**

**Job Type: Full - time**

**Job Summary**:
Learning Labb is looking for a skilled Aptitude Trainer to conduct engaging training session. The role involves delivering interactive online classes on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for competitive exams and placements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online & offline training sessions for Learning Labb students.
- Open in traveling along with team for webinars or session to colleges or university.
- Develop and update study materials, practice questions, and mock tests tailored for Learning Labb courses.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Foster effective student engagement through interactive teaching methods and innovative learning techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and trends to enhance the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in aptitude training or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and other e-learning platforms.
- Preferred: Experience with competitive exams such as CAT, GRE, GMAT, and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
