**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their requirements and budget constraints.

2. Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects.

3. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals.

4. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior architects and support staff.

8. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

3. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

4. Strong project management and organizational skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
