**Job Title: Supply Chain & IT Support Executive**

**Location**: chennai
**Department**: Operations / IT
**Reports To**: Supply Chain Manager / IT Head
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Supply Chain Management**
- Coordinate and manage procurement of raw materials, especially aluminium and related inputs.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock using ERP systems.
- Plan and manage logistics, including inbound/outbound transportation and warehouse operations.
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment.
- Track key supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

**IT Support**
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues on the factory floor and office.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) used in supply chain and finance.
- Assist in data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and basic system administration.
- Train staff on proper use of business-critical systems and tools.
- Monitor and report IT system performance, issues, and resolutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar dual-function role in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software troubleshooting and user support.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with aluminium or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of custom ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of data privacy protocols.
- Familiarity with automation tools or IoT in manufacturing environments.
