Our dedicated ICOMM team at Amdocs focuses on the creation, dissemination, and enhancement of compelling stories that captivate and motivate our global workforce across 80+ countries. From strategic planning to flawless execution, our Internal Communications professionals are instrumental in cultivating a culture of connectivity by conceptualizing, crafting, and implementing impactful programs while crafting impeccable content that resonates with our employees.

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will drive end-to-end internal communications for the International Group of Amdocs, as well as regional communication for the APAC Region (excluding India).
- You will build and establish leadership positioning by creating visibility plans for senior leaders and executing them while working alongside important business stakeholders.
- You will actively participate in programs that are aimed to enrich the employee experience by crafting and amplifying powerful stories.
- You will develop engaging strategic collaterals including leader newsletters, mailers, campaigns, and videos.
- You will personalize cross-company campaigns to the specific needs of the group and the region.
- You will amplify group and region-specific success stories across Amdocs.
- You will create and maintain dashboards and focus on a data-driven approach to measure and track the impact of communications.
- You will consult and advise key stakeholders equipping them to communicate effectively and independently.
- You will work seamlessly with relevant platforms and vendors: creative agencies, subcontractors, internal platforms, and portals.

**All you need is...**:

- Highly proficient & native English.
- A masters degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in a fast-paced global setting.
- Experience in devising and executing comms programs, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Incredible writing and editing skills, backed by experience.
- The ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and delivering on-time, excellent results.
- Experience in digital marketing and using social tools.
