Billing Executive

Jasmin Mobiles is seeking a diligent Billing Clerk to join our team at our headquarters. This role involves creating accurate bills and invoices, and maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions. No formal education is required, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers or those new to the workforce who possess basic computer skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare bills and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Enter financial transactions into our billing system with attention to detail.
- Verify and reconcile any billing discrepancies.
- Ensure all billing information is entered correctly and promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks within the billing department as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to grasp new software and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
