Prepare and generate invoices for projects and services rendered to clients accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to project-specific billing terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for billing, such as project milestones, deliverables, and approved change orders.
Maintain comprehensive billing documentation, including project contracts, purchase orders, and client communication, to facilitate smooth auditing and record-keeping.
Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding payments, resolving any billing-related queries and discrepancies to ensure timely collection.Assist in generating periodic financial reports related to billing, revenue, and accounts receivables for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements while handling billing activities.
Utilize the companys accounting software to input billing data accurately and keep the billing system up-to-date.
Identify opportunities for process optimization in billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with the finance, project management, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and courteous communication during billing-related interactions.
