Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in B2B Sales in Interiors or Related Industry)

Location: Sector 62, Noida

**Salary**: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Source and identify potential B2B clients in the interior design or related sectors.
- Leverage online platforms, referrals, and industry networks to build a qualified lead database.

2. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:

- Schedule meetings and interact with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Nurture strong relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.

3. Sales and Negotiations:

- Present tailored proposals and solutions to match client requirements.
- Negotiate terms effectively and close deals to achieve sales targets.

4. Presentation and Communication:

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations showcasing the company’s offerings.
- Clearly communicate service deliverables and timelines to clients.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on deliverables and address client queries or concerns.

6. Market Insights and Strategy:

- Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Provide insights to the team to enhance business strategies.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain an updated record of sales activities, interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
- Generate reports and share progress with the management team.

8. On-field Engagement:

- Participate in regular client meetings and site visits for project discussions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in interior design or similar industries.
- Technical and Interpersonal Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and reporting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Personal Traits:

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic personality.
- Ready to travel locally for meetings and fieldwork.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
