**Overview**:
As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative support to staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain office equipment and report any issues.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
