- Experience: 7 Years to 12 Years- Location: Hyderabad- Must-Have:
- Cloud solution design and architecture - both native and IaaS ideally on Azure.
- Experience with all of the following:

- o AWS/Azure (any Cloud Technology but preferred Azure).- o Handling very high volumes of data at low latency and near real time performance.- o Financial market data experience.- Firsthand experience providing solution architecture for large-scale, highly resilient systems.
- Functions as a technical consultant providing technical knowledge, coaching/mentoring, using knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Analysis of business requirements to identify flexible and pragmatic design changes to development and production architecture.
- Take ownership of platform roadmaps, acting as a point of contact for senior stakeholders when exploring new opportunities.
- Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Good-to-have:
- RESTful API and web service design.
- Modern development practices - scrum, CI/CD, BDD, automation, Infrastructure as Code.
- Microservices, Kubernetes or Docker.
- Significant knowledge of multiple programming languages, third party Software products and expert in at least two of these.
- Significant stakeholder, people and multi-group management experience.
- Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role:
- Role will act as Site Lead and help to build and develop the onsite teams.
- Develops knowledge and understanding of technologies in LSEG and utilises these in their own scope of work, to create a network within the company.
- Leads a team, holding responsibility for motivation, retention and performance management, as well as promoting an inclusive and open culture.
- Is regarded as the point of contact in their domain by showing significant depth of knowledge and expertise in [domain] and develops further knowledge of other domains to act on linkages and dependencies.
- Understands LSEG's commercial position in the market and how our products and services fits into the company's strategic direction.
- Works with architects to decompose a solution into Epics and leads design work and planning for Epics breaking them down to stories with product owners and quality leads.
- Adapts existing patterns to develop robust solution and provides expert knowledge on coding.
- Build and develops trusting relationships with people at all levels, represents LSEG appropriately. Promotes collaboration between and within teams and communicates complex information clearly to all audiences
