Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our school located in the vicinity of Koperkhairne. This position is open to both experienced educators and enthusiastic freshers who have a genuine love for working with young children. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the intellectual, emotional, and social development of our young learners.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and inspired to learn.

2. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities that stimulate children's curiosity and foster their holistic growth.

3. Provide a variety of learning experiences through storytelling, play, arts and crafts, music, and other creative methods.

4. Foster language development and literacy skills through interactive activities, reading, and phonics instruction.

5. Introduce basic mathematical concepts and promote numeracy skills through hands-on activities and games.

6. Promote social skills, empathy, and cooperation through group activities and guided interactions.

7. Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing individualized attention when needed.

8. Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about their child's development and addressing any concerns or questions.

9. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment.

10. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following established protocols and guidelines.

**Requirements**:
1. A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (freshers with a relevant degree are welcome).

2. A passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

4. Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.

5. Creativity and enthusiasm for designing engaging educational activities.

6. Basic knowledge of child psychology, early childhood pedagogy, and best practices in early education.
