Role Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our Pre-Primary and Primary Section. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum plans, teaching students from low-income backgrounds, and ensuring an engaging, supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver creative, interactive, and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Confidently manage classroom activities while fostering discipline and inclusivity
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

- D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)/ Strong representation of teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Certification in Elementary Education preferred
- Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills
- Experience in curriculum development and elementary education is a plus
- Enthusiasm for teaching children from low-income backgrounds
- Flexibility to teach any subject in the Pre-Primary & Primary Section
