**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive**

Airveda is a mission based company helping people breathe well, live well. We build end to end air quality monitoring IOT systems for indoor as well as outdoors helping grow citizen awareness and actions, as well as enabling schools, offices etc to provide healthier environments for their occupants.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, including order tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide expert guidance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales service delivery.
- Gather and report customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services continually.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus since our products are technical.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
