Check code of conduct of each and every departmental staff and warn, penalize in case of discrepancies.
- Make round of all the hospital departments, common areas to ensure proper cleanliness and adequate staff availability
- Meet and greet patients on daily basis to take feedback about services and solve their problems.
- Conduct daily meeting of departmental in charge, supervisors and ensure smooth functioning of the hospital.
- Coordinate with various vendors related to quotations, work order, agreements, rate list, quality etc.
- Oversee purchase, procurements, inventory management as per requirement.
- Assist HR/operations head in human resource recruitment, documentation orientation and training.
- Develop and implement new programs and policies as and when required in guidance of operation Head
- Monitoring the use of hospital resources including patient beds, equipment’s and other inventories
- Oversee the work assigned to human resources, collect work reports and financial reports from them
- Ensuring resolving of manpower grievances, visitor and patient complaints related to hospital services and facilities.
- Involve in quality improvements and certification process with all the department staff.
- Work on the other assigned duties by Managing Director/Operations Head.
- Participate and perform internal audits
- Ensure Implementation of SOP, Manuals, policies, checklists in all concerned departments
- Daily supervise biometric and manual attendance sheet and counsel staff regarding the same.
- Daily check departmental registers, patient files, MLC sheets, medical records, identify gaps and get corrected as per standard.
- Ensure and improve digital and traditional promotions of the hospital with staff engagement and digital team coordination.
- Involve, conduct and participate in hospital and market events.
- Conduct time to time mock drills and trainings of all the departments as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
