**Key Responsibilities:Operational Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and other departments.
- Maintain consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Administrative & Financial**
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and forecasting of F&B revenues.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective stock management.
- Review daily sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Support menu engineering, pricing, and promotional planning.

**Team Leadership**
- Train, guide, and motivate F&B team members to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct briefings and ensure staff understand daily objectives and promotions.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and compliance with brand standards.
- Participate in recruitment and performance appraisals as needed.

**Customer Service & Brand Standards**
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage VIP and special event service requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / F&B / Hospitality.
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menus, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems (Micros, Oracle, etc.).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,214.49 - ₹29,724.86 per month
