**1) Primary responsibilities.**:
**a.** To study and understand Layouts/ Drawings / instructions from Client, and to co-ordinate the details to execution team.

**b.** Preparing detailed material list needed to execute the project and following up with dispatch team for the same.

**c.** To make daily progress report in excel format for each activity going on site.

**d**. To co-ordinate with Architect / IT department / Clients Internal Department (internal Management) in case of any disrupt/ clarification regarding the project and making project work streamline.

**e.** To co-ordinate between different teams for smooth operations.

**f.** To Procure New labour and material vendor when and where required (local vendor for remote sites).

**g.** To Take all the measurements on site as per described format, taking sigh of Necessary authority for billing process and forwarding it to Accounts department for final billing.

**i.** In case of Trunkey project, Site engineer will be the key person for any co-ordination between the company’s management team and labour contractors, where site engineer needs to plan, discuss, and summarise all the agencies and making them co-ordinate with each other.
**j.** During workload or any unfavourable condition, he must support and help his colleagues without any hesitation and grievance.

**2) B. Site Location: - All over Gujarat.**

**b.** Working Days - 6 Days a week. Week off can be taken on any day depending on workload of site. Need to instruct 2 days earlier for week off.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
