Job description

Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will oversee the installation and maintenance of Doors, UPVC windows, and doors at various construction sites. The role requires effective site management, accurate measurement, supervision of installation teams, handling customer complaints, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Measurement and Installation Supervision:
Conduct precise measurements for the installation of doors.

Supervise and guide installation teams to ensure proper fitting and alignment of products.

Resolve on-site issues and provide technical assistance as needed.

Customer Dealing and Complaint Handling:
Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional advice.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Quality Control:
Ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform quality checks and assessments of installed products.

Implement corrective actions to rectify any defects or deficiencies.

Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and motivate installation teams.

Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent certification.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in carpentry, interior design, or civil construction is preferred.

Specific experience with UPVC and FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) products is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent measurement and technical skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work on-site, including standing, walking, and working at heights.

Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.

Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
