Looking for Sales Representative (FEMALE)

LOCATION : Lower Parel

EXPERIENCE : 1 yr

SALARY : 20k to 25k

JOB DESCRIPTION:
**1. **Responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Store ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.

**2. **Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

3. To develop business strategies for raising H2H’s customer pool, enhance Store traffic and to optimize profitability.

4. Responsible for complete administration of the Store and to ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures.

5. Responsible to maintain outstanding Store condition and visual merchandising standards as per H2H’s policies at all times.

6. Responsible to record & report on buying trends, customer needs etc.

7. To have a hands on approach in dealing with all issues that arise in day to day functioning of the store including but not limited to customers &/or team (complaints, grievances etc)

8. To Maintain safety & security of the Store, staff & inventory at all times.

9. To Update and keep track of Inventory sheet at all times.

10. To call and confirm e-commerce orders in a timely manner in terms of H2H’s policy.

11. To ensure & order packaging material in a timely manner.

12. To work as a team player & to take on such other roles & responsibilities which may be required for thegrowth of H2H.

13. To be overall responsible to ensure order completion in terms of H2H’s policy.

14. Responsible for conducting quality checks of inward stocks.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales representative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
