We at **Zukti eServ** are currently in search of a dedicated and talented professional to join call centre team of our prestigious Client. As a **Call Center Executive**, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to assist them with inquiries and other related services.

Provide accurate and detailed information about Client services.

Assist customers in resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay updated on policies and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Uphold a positive and professional conduct while interacting with customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain call quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and adhere to quality standards.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
