**Responsibilities**:

- Need to handle NHT batches, train, assess and coach until OJT and upon success handover to the operations team
- Provide soft skills, sales & process training to NHT batches
- Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including fresher training, monthly tests
- To work with Managers/TLs/SMEs to consistently improve new employee training material and procedures
- To monitor employee productivity and quality, and provide training when required
- To design, create and deliver effective development-training programs within time and budget constraints
- Assist Quality & Operations team to enhance & improve employee skillsets to deliver results and performance
- Work towards grooming personality and improving skills of new and existing employees
- Training, should Possess a variety of skill sets including time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, problem-solving ability, conflict management, presentation skill, communication and listening skills, leadership skills, team building. adaptability to move through changes
- To get effectively cross trained on various areas of the industry and become competent, as required by team and department strategy
- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Prepare training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps
- Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive

**Ideally, you should have**:

- Have minimum of 2 years of leading training sessions/lead instructors/classroom training delivery experience within a training session environment or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills
- Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses for soft skill trainers.
- A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented with an ability to work with across teams and supervisors.
- Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views.
- Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
- Certification (e.g. CPTD) is an added advantage
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
