We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Guest Relations Executive - Front Office** to serve as the face of our real estate business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage front office operations seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property tours, and appointments efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about properties and services, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
- Assist in managing visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact to address client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, and open houses.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in front office or guest relations, ideally in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
