**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute innovative layout designs for print and digital media.
- Create compelling visual designs that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to produce high-quality graphics.
- Conduct photo manipulation and editing to produce polished final images.
- Collaborate with the production team on sign manufacturing projects, ensuring designs are feasible for production.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Experience with CorelDraw is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout design and visual design principles.
- Experience in photo manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
