We are seeking a Marketing with Graphic Designing Intern to support our campaigns by blending marketing strategy, creative design, and video storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI, sustainability, and mental well-being who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

📢 Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Support the planning, designing and execution of marketing campaigns across social media (, Instagram, YouTube) and digital platforms.
• Assist in content marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide creative insights for optimization.
• Contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging strategies.

🎨 Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals

• Create marketing creatives, ads, presentations, newsletters, reports, and event materials.
• Design infographics, illustrations, and branded templates to communicate ideas effectively.
• Support UI/UX needs for campaign landing pages and digital outreach.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and campaigns.

🤖 AI Integration & Innovation

• Use AI tools (Canva AI, Runway, MidJourney, ChatGPT prompts, etc.) to generate campaign assets and optimize design workflows.
• Experiment with AI-based campaign ideation, creative automation, and marketing analytics.
• Stay updated on digital marketing + AI trends to bring innovative ideas.

🤝 Collaboration & Planning

• Work with internal teams to understand marketing requirements.
• Plan deliverables to align with campaign timelines.
• Contribute to the development of visual identities and branded campaigns for A4G, VONG, and Omysha programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts: content strategy, audience targeting, campaign tracking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and branding.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and campaign creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative & marketing tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Portfolio showcasing both marketing collaterals (ads, campaigns) and creative design/video work.

Duration & Stipend

Duration: 6 Months (Monday to Saturday)- 6 Days working in a week

Stipend Structure:

• Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
• Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
• Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
• The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
