Housekeeping Supervisor

**esponsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met and maintained throughout the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to ensure an adequate supply is available at all times.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair needs within the housekeeping department.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to foster their professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping to continuously improve operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
