**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator for a leading gasket manufacturing company based in Verna, Goa. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and events.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Support the sales team with market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the sales process and drive growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination in industrial products is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Must be expert in advance Excel operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt.
