**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management & Transactions**:

- Assist in maintaining and reconciling financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including cash flow statements and monthly reconciliations.
- Help process invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents accurately and promptly.
- **Tax Compliance & GCC VAT**:

- Learn and assist in preparing VAT returns in compliance with GCC regulations.
- Support audit preparation and documentation processes.
- Stay updated on tax laws and assist in ensuring compliance across branches.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to track expenses and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support financial coordination between the **Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Bangalore, and Dubai** branches.
- Provide data insights to support decision-making for operational improvements.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Assist in generating financial reports and supporting financial analysis tasks.
- Help in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance across branches.
- Provide assistance in preparing internal and external audit documentation.
- **Branch Coordination & Travel**:

- Coordinate financial activities between **SBMS India, SBMS ME UAE, and Skillspark Adoor**.
- Be willing to travel or relocate to any of our branches as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to other branches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
