Site Supervisor

**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - **Railway Projects (Under-Bridge & Low-Height Subways)**
**Location**:Mirzapur**, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 4 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations at the construction site for under-bridge and low-height subway projects.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with **Railway **standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
- Monitor the quality of work being done, ensuring it meets required standards and specifications.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and mínimal wastage.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the project manager, highlighting any risks or delays.
- Enforce safety procedures on-site, ensuring all personnel adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues, including technical and logístical challenges.
- Ensure the proper implementation of project plans, designs, and schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of the work to maintain quality control and to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years working on **Railway** projects, particularly in **Railway **Under-Bridges and Low-Height Subways.
- Strong understanding of **Railway** project execution, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in supervising teams on railway construction sites.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and resolving them effectively on-site.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in **Railway** construction.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- A diploma or technical qualification in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in **Railway** safety and construction site supervision are a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
