**Role Description:

- **

To oversee the entire financial process during student admission ,guides them through loan journeys, collaborates, screening documents ,managing installment collections, and handling data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end Finance process during the admissions
- Involves handholding a student through the entire loan journey
- Rapport building with students, sales team, and NBFC partners to process in a mínimal TAT
- Responsible for screening the quality of intake, their financial and educational documents,
- and also proctoring the intake aptitude tests.
- Responsible for the future installment collections of sem-payment, co-ordinating with the
- cross-functional teams, and resolving the concerns of students
- Involves extensive data handling

**Requirement**:

- Mandatory Excel skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (skills in additional regional languages would be a brownie
- point).
- Knowledge of the NBFC credit policy/ loan process is preferred.
- Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.
- Data management skills
- Rapport building skills

- Someone who has amazing rapport-building skills, and who can readily tackle tricky
- situations while handling customer
- Problem-solving skills, and who can find loopholes in the NBFC policies and can easily
- negotiate with the partners
- Who is willing to work for a** minimum of 9 hours** from the office **(6 days a week)**:

- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take up additional responsibilities
- Flexible with the work hours (might have to stretch work timings, and have to be open to
- work on the last Sunday of the month, to help in sales closure
